Where raised flooring is used

Open-plan offices, server rooms, data centers, labs, conference areas, retail — anywhere cabling is heavy and changing. Raised flooring hides runs underfloor and gives access to any point: a panel lifts with a vacuum tool in seconds, no neighbors disturbed.

In server rooms, it's also a cold-air plenum: perforated panels feed chilled air to the racks from below.

What sets the price

Panel material is key. High-density particleboard 38 mm handles office needs. Calcium-sulfate costs nearly 2x but is fire-rated, heavier, tighter geometry — required in server rooms and fire-code environments.

Height and design load second. Taller pedestals, heavier design load = denser support grid and stringers — separate line item. Higher = more material, more labor.

Estimating the bill

Raised flooring is a system: panels + pedestals/stringers + finish + perimeter trim + cuts. Office rough estimate: 900k–1.2M UZS/m² assembled with carpet tile; server room with calcium-sulfate and antistatic HPL: 1.5M+ UZS/m².

Precise estimate needs floor plan, lift height, design load, fire and antistatic specs. Send the brief — we calculate free.

Install and timeline

On prepared subfloor: grid markup 600×600 mm, pedestal set with laser level, stringer tie-down, panel lay, perimeter trim. Crew does 60–100 m² a shift, so a 300 m² office runs 3–5 days.

What affects the price

  • Panel: particleboard or calcium-sulfate
  • Design load capacity
  • Lift height
  • Stringers needed
  • Top finish: HPL, carpet, PVC
  • Fire-rated and antistatic specs
