Frost-resistant dispersion adhesive for PVC and foamed vinyl flooring in rolls and tiles, textile floor coverings with synthetic backing, and lightweight needle-punched floor coverings.

Designed for installation on absorbent substrates. Offers excellent initial tack and high final bond strength. Low solvent content of less than 5%.
